We have developed an online medical consultation scheme for young people with mild symptoms of COVID-19 by utilizing Doctors Station®. This scheme enables one-stop service for initial consultation, reservation of online medical consultations, delivery of prescriptions, and dispatch of prescribed medication following a positive diagnosis. Customizations were made to facilitate these processes seamlessly, achieving a large-scale online medical consultation system capable of handling up to 150,000 new patients per month.

This includes health support from physicians and assistance with food-related issues by the nutritional support team, offering comprehensive health support to users.
